Our Finance team helps companies get a grip on their financial reality and look ahead. In concrete terms, this means, for example, that:
we support clients with reporting, controlling, and P&L analyses;
we build financial models that clarify what is profitable—and what is not;
we help entrepreneurs decide: produce in-house or outsource? Invest or not?;
we sometimes take on the role of crisis manager: from short-term survival to long-term strategy;
we mainly work with SMEs and growth companies, where your advice has a direct impact.
Background: a bachelor's and/or master's degree in accountancy, TEW, commercial sciences, or business management;
Finance skills: interest and/or 2-3 years of experience in an (executive) finance role;
Analytical skills: you can understand figures and translate them into insights and actions;
Independence: you take ownership of your tasks, but also know how to ask for feedback;
Communication skills: you can (in time, after a growth trajectory) engage in conversation with entrepreneurs, management, and investors;
Drive: you switch gears quickly, remain pragmatic, and bring calm to complex situations.

We will provide all the tools you need: a car, an unlimited fuel card, a laptop, a cell phone budget & subscription are the minimum. Your gross salary will be determined based on the relevant experience and knowledge you bring to the table. There are meal vouchers worth €8 and eco vouchers worth €250. An expense allowance is also provided. You will receive 32 days of leave per year, which you can take at your discretion.
